Usbong’s Plantable Pencils are handcrafted pencils made by the nanays of Milaor, Camarines Sur. They’re made from recycled newspapers, and the tip comes with assorted seeds that you can plant once you’ve used up the pencil. Each box comes with six pencils.
To sharpen, use a pencil sharpener that has yet to be used on a wood pencil, or use a mechanical sharpener.
