Berde was born out of my simple desire to switch to a bamboo toothbrush. After plunging into this green world I was so curious and passionate about, I was taken aback by how overwhelming it was. There were so many choices with varying price points with multiple brands. 

My first instinct was to find a middle ground. I found a brand that sold them for Php80, and gave them in bulk for Php60. So I committed to this switch. and bought my first 60 brushes.

I took this opportunity to start my passion project. I thought I would sell the other brushes and if it didn’t work out, well, I was quite ready to use my bamboo brushes for the next 15 years.

Fast forward to today, Berde houses not just products, but other brands that share the same green mission as ours. We also take pride in investing in other businesses, in the hopes of helping our fellow entrepreneurs, businessmen, craftsmen, students, mothers, and farmers.

If the goal is to encourage more people to make the switch, and to lift some weight off our Mama Earth, then we must share these tools that could help us achieve that. Our mission is to make eco-friendly products more accessible and affordable. Remember, going green doesn’t have to be expensive!
